1. Scope of Services

We provide vehicle procurement, import coordination, registration, and related support services across Spain and the EU. This includes sourcing vehicles from trusted sellers, verifying documentation, handling transport logistics, and managing all Spanish registration steps (DGT, ITV, taxes, plates). We do not sell vehicles directly—we act as your agent, advisor, and paperwork fixer.

2. Client Responsibilities

To work efficiently, we need accurate, timely information from you. You agree to:
• Provide truthful personal and vehicle details
• Respond promptly to requests for documents or decisions
• Notify us of any changes (e.g. address, ownership status, vehicle condition)
• Avoid submitting falsified, incomplete, or misleading paperwork
If you delay, ghost us, or submit invalid documents, we may pause or cancel the service. We’re good—but we’re not magicians.

3. Fees and Payments

All fees are quoted transparently before work begins. Our pricing includes:
• Service fees (based on scope and complexity)
• Government fees and taxes (passed through at cost)
• Optional extras (e.g. inspections, translations, express processing)
Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, Bizum, and other methods by arrangement. No hidden charges. No surprise invoices. Just clear, upfront pricing.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

We understand plans change. Our refund policy is:
• Full refund if you cancel before we begin
• Partial refund if we’ve started but not completed the work
• No refund once the service is completed or submitted to authorities
Important: Any documents created specifically for your vehicle—such as import declarations, registration applications, homologation reports, or tax filings—are non-refundable once issued. These are tied to your vehicle’s VIN and cannot be reused, resold, or transferred.
If we cancel due to non-cooperation, invalid documents, or legal issues, refunds are assessed case-by-case. We aim to be fair, not rigid.

5. Legal Compliance

We operate strictly within Spanish and EU law. That means:
• No falsified documents
• No illegal registrations or tax evasion
• No vehicles that fail emissions, safety, or homologation standards
If your vehicle or paperwork doesn’t meet legal requirements, we’ll advise you on next steps—but we won’t bend the rules.

6. Liability

We take care to avoid errors, but we can’t control third-party delays or decisions. We are not liable for:
• Delays caused by DGT, ITV, customs, or transport companies
• Rejections due to vehicle condition, missing documents, or failed inspections
• Financial loss from decisions made without our advice or against our recommendations
We’ll always do our best to fix issues—but some things are out of our hands.

7. Data Protection

We treat your data with care and confidentiality. We only use your information to:
• Complete the services you’ve requested
• Communicate with relevant authorities (DGT, tax office, ITV)
• Keep you updated on progress

8. Communication

We communicate via email, WhatsApp, and phone. By using our services, you consent to:
• Receiving updates, reminders, and document requests
• Being contacted for service-related follow-ups
• Using digital signatures and scanned documents where applicable
We aim to keep things fast, clear, and paper-free—unless the DGT insists otherwise.

9. Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong, talk to us first. We’re here to help and fix things quickly. If we can’t resolve it informally:
• Disputes will be handled under Spanish jurisdiction
• We may refer unresolved issues to a neutral mediator before legal action
• We reserve the right to refuse service to abusive or dishonest clients
We believe in fairness, transparency, and mutual respect.

10. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do:

• Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms
• Major changes will be communicated directly when relevant
