This one wasn’t for a client — it was for us. We picked up a cheap 2006 Eura Mobil as a tow vehicle and mobile office. The habitation ECU that ran everything was dead, the wiring was a mess, and the unit needed more than a patch. So we rebuilt it properly.
Background
We wanted a reliable mobile workspace that could tow, work off‑grid, and be controlled remotely. The Eura Mobil arrived promising on the outside and catastrophic on the inside: fried ECU, dodgy wiring, weak batteries, and no modern connectivity. Fixing it meant turning a liability into a tool we actually want to use.
What We Did
Pulled the old system: removed the dead habitation ECU and all suspect wiring.
Full rewiring: new fused distribution, tidy cable runs, and proper circuit separation for habitation systems.
Power upgrade: installed a 400 Ah LiFePO₄ battery bank with BMS and a smart inverter/charger.
Solar: fitted roof solar panels and an MPPT controller for real off‑grid runtime.
Connectivity: integrated Starlink so the office has reliable internet almost anywhere.
Climate control: fitted a modern AC and heating system controllable via phone — heat or cool the office before you arrive.
Systems integration: single app monitoring for battery state, solar input, climate, and Starlink status.
Safety & finish: full electrical safety checks, water‑ingress repairs, interior tidy‑up, and final road‑legal checks. Delivered to our yard in Alicante ready to tow and work.
Results
A fully rebuilt 2006 Eura Mobil serving as AB‑Motors’ mobile office and tow vehicle.
True off‑grid capability: 400 Ah LiFePO₄, solar charging, and remote monitoring.
Global connectivity via Starlink and climate control you can toggle from your phone.
No more weekend projects — it’s a tool that earns its keep on jobs and deliveries.
Why This Matters
Buying cheap only pays off if you fix the right things. We didn’t patch; we future‑proofed. The result is a dependable mobile HQ that lets us work anywhere, stay connected, and show up ready — not hoping.
How To Get The Same (If You Want Us To Do It)
Tell us the vehicle type and your must‑have systems (battery size, solar, connectivity).
We design the electrical architecture and quote the rebuild.
We rebuild, integrate, homologate if needed, and deliver — ready to work.
