Payment is due at the time of order or pickup.

For rentals, a €500 refundable deposit is required.

Deposits are refunded after inspection, typically within 3–5 business days.

Use the trailer only for legal transport purposes.

Not exceed the trailer’s MTMA or payload limits.

Ensure the towing vehicle is suitable and legally compliant.

Return the trailer at the agreed time and location.

Cover any damage, loss, or missing equipment.

Accept that cleaning fees may apply if the trailer is returned excessively dirty.

Fines, towing, or legal issues arising from improper use.

Damage caused by incorrect loading or securing of cargo.

Damage to the customer’s vehicle or transported items.

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or invalidate the process.

Fees for documentation services are non‑refundable once work has begun.

Processing times depend on external authorities and may vary.

Cancellations are only possible before work begins.

Once drafting or verification has started, the service is non‑refundable.

Cancellations up to 24 hours before pickup: full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund.

No‑shows: no refund.

Losses caused by misuse of trailers or incorrect loading.

Delays caused by third‑party authorities (ITV, DGT, manufacturers).

Damage to transported vehicles or cargo.

Indirect or consequential damages.
