Welcome to AB‑Motors — the place where cars get imported, registered, repaired, detailed, rented, and occasionally rescued from bureaucratic doom. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. They’re written in human language, not lawyer‑speak, because nobody deserves to suffer through that.

If you disagree with anything here, that’s okay — just don’t use the site or our services.

1. Using Our Website

You can browse, book appointments, request services, and generally enjoy the site without doing anything weird. You agree not to:

  • Break the site

  • Hack the site

  • Pretend to be someone you’re not

  • Use our services for anything illegal

  • Upload nonsense, spam, or malware

If you do any of the above, we reserve the right to block you faster than a fake ITV station shuts down.

2. Booking Services

When you book a service, rental, or workshop appointment:

  • You agree to provide accurate information

  • You agree to show up (or cancel responsibly)

  • You agree that vehicles must be road‑legal unless we’re fixing that part

We reserve the right to refuse service if something feels unsafe, illegal, or just plain sketchy.

3. Vehicle Services & Responsibility

We take care of your vehicle like it’s our own — but:

  • You’re responsible for providing correct vehicle details

  • You’re responsible for picking up your vehicle on time

  • You’re responsible for any pre‑existing issues you didn’t tell us about

We’re responsible for performing the services you requested with professional care and common sense.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers. Prices may change depending on parts availability, labor, or government fees. We’ll always tell you before charging anything unexpected.

No hidden fees. No “surprise, that costs extra.”

5. Google OAuth & Calendar Sync

If you choose to sign in with Google or sync your calendar:

  • You authorize Google to share specific information with us

  • We only use that information to authenticate you or sync appointments

  • You can revoke access anytime in your Google Account settings

We don’t read your private calendar events. We don’t modify them unless you ask. We don’t sell your Google data. Ever.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Everything on this website — text, images, branding, and content — belongs to AB‑Motors. You may not:

  • Copy it

  • Reproduce it

  • Sell it

  • Pretend you made it

Unless you ask nicely and we say yes.

7. Third‑Party Services

We work with partners like:

  • Payment processors

  • Government agencies

  • Inspection centers

  • Google services

We’re not responsible for their systems, downtime, or errors — but we do choose partners who behave.

8. Limitation of Liability

We’re responsible for delivering the services you request. We’re not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by misuse of your vehicle

  • Issues caused by incorrect information you provided

  • Acts of nature (floods, meteors, angry goats, etc.)

  • Third‑party system failures

Basically: we’ll do our job well, but we can’t control the universe.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
